I am the proud Owner and CEO of Pinpoints Travel. We are a full service travel agency that works to provide outstanding customer service during every step of the process for a client. I began my journey as an agent over 8 years ago and have become a fully independent agency since 2024. My specialities are the luxury and couples travel markets. I especially love spreading my love of travel to my clients and teaching them how to be confident when they are away. I am a graduate of the Wanderlust CEO program and also a Wanderlust Ambassador. The CEO program taught me so much about HOW to run my own agency - the nuts and bolts of being a boss!

I love the name of your agency because I do love to take maps and put pins in them. He also encouraged me to keep going because I want to be a full service agency that can cover everything but I know I need a whole bunch of different ICS to cover the different areas. I have a hard time giving myself permission to take time. I want it now and seeing that you spent eight years building before you became a CEO is very encouraging to me. It gives me hope that someday I will make it there. Thank you very much. 🙂
