Welcome to the Careers on Vacation® Enrollment Portal! This portal provides everything you need to enroll in Careers on Vacation. You can sign up on your own, using the Enrollment Progress Tracker for step-by-step instructions, or work with one of our helpful Enrollment Coaches during any point in the process.
We typically offer 3 to 4 start dates per month, subject to availability. Click the first enrollment step — Enroll with a $1,400 deposit — to see available start dates.
To start as soon as possible, choose the next available start date when you place your enrollment deposit. Note, in addition to your deposit, your first tuition payment must be submitted at least one week before your start date. Explore the tuition payment plans below, then select a plan to make your first payment.
Your Enrollment Progress Tracker will update as you complete each step. Click the Refresh button to update the tracker. Note, your start date may take some time to appear. To avoid delaying your start date, we recommend completing the first three steps right away, then making your tuition payment as soon as possible — and no later than one week before your start date.
You can explore the tuition payment plans any time below. When you’re ready to make your first — or full — tuition payment, click “Select This Plan” and then complete checkout.
If your first tuition payment has not been received at least one week prior to your start date, you will automatically be enrolled in the Pay Over Time plan, consisting of four monthly payments, and your program start may be delayed to the next available date.
You’ll only need to log in to make your first tuition payment.
If you choose the “Pay Over Time” plan of 4 monthly payments, your subsequent payments will be automatically processed each month. Update your payment method any time from your Account area.
If you choose the “Finance with Klarna” plan, you will make your subsequent payments to Klarna directly.
Careers on Vacation never goes on sale, and the price today is the lowest it will ever be. The best way to save is to choose the “Pay in Full & Save” tuition plan, granting a $1,000 discount when you pay in full before starting the program.
We also offer a $500 enrollment credit for active military members and veterans. Contact your Enrollment Coach or submit a support ticket to request your credit.
For partners starting a travel business together, you can take the program together and each earn your Certified Travel Professional® (CTP) credentials and certificate. You will only have to pay program tuition once, but each partner will need their own Digital Access Pass. Here’s how to enroll:
