When I say the phrase, “team building,” what comes to mind?
If you have spent any time in the 🏢 corporate world, that probably brings to mind birthday lunches with your co-workers, trust falls, and all sorts of “mandatory fun.” 🎂 🎳 🍕
If you’re working in close proximity to a bunch of fellow cubicle dwellers for eight hours a day, doing that sort of thing periodically can be beneficial to keep you from driving each other crazy. 😖 But that’s not what I’m talking about today.
What I’m talking about is actually building your team. You know, growing the size of your travel business with more travel agents. Expanding!
When you’re building a travel agency team, you can’t just hang a “Help Wanted” sign on the front door and hire any warm bodies that shuffle in. You want great travel agents who are committed to the same values and high standards you set for yourself.
