Have you noticed that New Year’s Resolutions are always about doing something hard?  Lose a bunch of weight, go to the gym three times a week, save 💲 money, learn a new language, climb Mount Everest…  New Year’s Resolutions are all about ambition.  

(Of course, if we picked something like, “In the new year, I resolve to watch 📺 TV and spend at least an hour on 📱 social media every day,” then we would all be perfect on our resolution success rate.  But we like a good challenge, right?) 

So what is something ambitious that you can pursue in the new year?  Well, try this:  Resolve to grow your travel agency in 2021.  

What does that mean?  For some of you, it might mean 📈 increasing your revenue or your conversion rates  For others it’s adding employees/teammates to your agency.  For some, it might even be starting the travel agency you just haven’t managed to get off the ground yet.  

Whatever it means to you… you can do it!
