Jamie Santillo, MAM is a graduate of both the Careers on Vacation™ program and Wanderlust CEO™, and has been a dedicated member of the COV Development Team since 2021, stepping into the role of Lead Development Coach in 2023. In her position, she supports students as they build portable, profitable travel businesses while also guiding the coaching team, ensuring they remain current on industry trends, best coaching practices, and uphold the gold-standard experience that Wanderlust Campus is known for.
Jamie is also the CEO and founder of Adventures by Jamie™, an award-winning travel agency on a mission to make the world more accessible for all. As a full-time wheelchair user, Jamie turned personal challenges into powerful purpose—creating a business that empowers people with disabilities to travel confidently while also educating the tourism industry on the importance of accessibility and inclusion.
Under her leadership, Adventures by Jamie™ has grown into a multi-million-dollar agency, earning recognition as Best Travel Agency in both Tampa Bay and Florida. Jamie has become a sought-after speaker, coach, and accessibility consultant, partnering with destinations, tourism boards, government officials, and nonprofits to advocate for change and promote disability inclusion across the travel space.
