Cheryl McGlynn is a seasoned travel coach and proud owner of Carry on the Magic Vacations, a thriving travel agency she launched after over 20 years of leadership experience in banking and business. Cheryl started her travel career as an independent contractor in 2017, and quickly realized she wanted to build something bigger—and bigger she built! From just herself and her sister-in-law, her agency has grown to an impressive team of over 42 agents and earned a spot in COV’s prestigious Million Dollar Club—all within the first year.
Since then, Cheryl has been an active attendee and ambassador at the GTM event, and within her first two years, her agency earned the coveted Earmarked status with Disney. Beyond supporting both new and experienced agents, Cheryl coaches agency owners, guiding them in building strong teams and creating successful, sustainable travel businesses.
Having navigated the challenges of breaking into the travel industry firsthand, Cheryl passionately helps others kickstart and grow their travel careers with confidence and fewer hurdles.
